About this kit

The SRM-225 is one of the most common trimmers in American sheds, and its Zama RB-K93 carburetor is the part that gives out first. The diaphragm stiffens, the primer bulb cracks, and the trimmer starts but dies the moment you squeeze the throttle. This kit replaces the carb and its whole fuel path in one afternoon.

Choose the bag that matches the state of your trimmer. The classic kit is a carb, gaskets, bulbs, plug, filter and three pre-cut lines. The two-filter options add a spare element for dusty edging work, and the 15-piece set brings a new air filter cover with choke lever for trimmers whose housing has cracked.
